Prologue:

^NAS Deuteronomy 32:8 "When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance, When He separated the sons of man, He set the boundaries of the peoples According to the number of the sons of Israel.

^NAS Acts 17:26 and He made from one, every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times, and the boundaries of their habitation,

Findings:

The majority of Biblical references concern the nation Israel and non-Jews who came to reside in the land. Whatever nation you are living in is not ancient Biblical Israel. Whatever nation you are living in does not have the advantage of a protective Theocracy. (Modern Zionist Israel has very strict immigration rules.)

Prohibitions toward nations having legal immigration rules are not present. Nations are not required to commit national: economic or political or cultural suicide through alien invasion / open borders.

Numbers of references concern basic human rights to be afforded those aliens living in Israel. They were to be given basic legal protection for their person and limited property. This basic human protection included a system of welfare based on work (welfare-work-fare). Once every three years, on a local city level, Divine prospering (first-fruits) was shared with Levites, aliens, widows, and orphans. God cares for the basic human rights of the widow, orphan, and alien.

Aliens needed to conform to Israel’s basic religious standards. Though, being non-Jews, there were religious limitations. Aliens were permitted to participate in worship of God, with limitations. Aliens were to spiritually assimilate, with limitations.

Aliens needed to conform / assimilate to Israel’s civil law.

Israel had Divine promises for secure borders: Exodus 34:24 "For I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your borders, and no man shall covet your land when you go up three times a year to appear before the LORD your God.” Numbers 34:12 'And the border shall go down to the Jordan and its termination shall be at the Salt Sea. This shall be your land according to its borders all around.'" The Twelve Tribes of the Jews were apportioned specific borders in Israel: Joshua 19:49 When they finished apportioning the land for inheritance by its borders, the sons of Israel gave an inheritance in their midst to Joshua the son of Nun.

During Christ’s Millennial rule, aliens in Israel will be given full inheritance rights.

“In Christ” none are aliens.

In this Devil’s world Christians are aliens.

God: Jews, aliens on God’s land.

Believers: Aliens in the Devil’s world.

Alien

^NAS Genesis 19:9 But they said, "Stand aside." Furthermore, they said, "This one came in as an alien, and already he is acting like a judge; now we will treat you worse than them." So they pressed hard against Lot and came near to break the door.

^NAS Leviticus 24:16 'Moreover, the one who blasphemes the name of the LORD shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him. The alien as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death. (Aliens needed to conform to Israel’s religions rules.)

^NAS Numbers 9:14 'And if an alien sojourns among you and observes the Passover to the LORD, according to the statute of the Passover and according to its ordinance, so he shall do; you shall have one statute, both for the alien and for the native of the land.'" ^NAS Numbers 15:14 'And if an alien sojourns with you, or one who may be among you throughout your generations, and he wishes to make an offering by fire, as a soothing aroma to the LORD, just as you do, so he shall do. (Aliens were permitted to worship the God of the Jews.)
